Our Transition Team

Stockholm Community Church is currently being led by our Transition Team as we prepare for the next chapter in the life of our church.

Made up of leaders from across our church community, the team provides leadership and care for SCC, supporting our ministries, teams and Sunday gatherings. Together, we're also helping to discern where God is leading us and preparing for what comes next.

This is a season of transition, but our mission remains the same: to lead people to an authentic and life-changing relationship with Jesus.

We're excited about what God is doing in our community — and about the chapter ahead.
